Rental Policy

Pick-up options:

You may pick up your rental the evening before your reservation between 5pm-6pm. You may also pick up your rental the day of at opening.

Return options:

You may return your rental the night of your reservation before close or at 9 am the following morning.

Late fees:

A full day rental fee is applied if gear is not returned by opening the following day of your rental.

Reservations:

On multi-day reservations we charge for the 1st day as a down payment. We do not take a down payment for day of reservations.

Cancellations:

You can cancel with a full refund 48 hours prior to rental date. Any cancellation after that will not receive a refund.
